Do Not B. I had Phil as my salesperson and he was great. He said he was new but he knew plenty about the 09 tl i bought. I got the awd model that i love!. It was a great buying experience which i was surprised as i hate dealerships. The managers were reall helpfull too.

Ada A. As soon as I got the keys and walked towards my car still in their lot , I immediately saw two dents on my hood.

The dents were deep with layers of paint falling off and the bare metal underneath was showing. I went back in to talk to the service consultant and before evening looking at my car, she denied responsibility and said that there was no way I could prove that the dents were made by them. I insisted that she takes a look. Finally she went, took a glimpse, and declared that the dents were old and rusting. I asked to see the record of the walk-around of my vehicle and she just said they did not do one because it is Sat.

She said if I weren't happy, the only thing I could do is to talk to her manager but he was not in. Since then I have been calling her manager and Acura Boston numerous times and left numerous messages but they have not returned my calls or in anyway respond to me AT ALL.
