Huge dissapointment". Pros: "Fast to board but had to wait for over an hour for a connecting flight to get on the plane. Cons: "The attitude of the workers at customer service. No apologies, no free water, did not tried to find alternatives. My flight was not the only one, at least a mother 2 flights were delayed.

Each attendant gave a different explanation. Pros: "On time departure and arrivial" Cons: "Small seats". Pros: "More leg room than the International flight. Reported may luggage missing According to united I will get my luggage tomorrow before noon on June 2nd ". Cons: "I had very little time to make my connection in Newark.

The security line inNewsrk was ridiculous. While I made my flight with a few minutes to spare, the process could have been much easier and the United Rep could have done more. He could have just called the gate at the very least to let them know I was coming. Apathy is not an indication of good customer service. Cons: "There was no free in-flight entertainment available on the tv screens.

Half of the screens didn't work. The seat belts were not long enough to accommodate the passenger sitting beside me. The space for my personal item was smaller than the other flight. Pros: "Having a direct flight across the country was a good thing. I was just about the last person they let board so there really wasn't a chance to discuss with them.

No WiFi on a cross country plane, lame. Snotty unconcerned flight attendants as well. Overall one of the worst flights I've had in memory. I would pay more next time to fly another airline. Pros: "The fast and electronic check in" Cons: "The ground staff". Pros: "Hassle free no pressure service" Cons: "I loved it". Pros: "The jet did not crash.

Pros: "Got in my seat and took off right on time. Courteous welcoming staff as we boarded and deplaned. Sucks we have to pay to watch anything on tv. We pay enough at least let's us have two hours of entertainment. Pros: "They have always treated me right, love the direct tv and seats are super comfy!

Pros: "I got to my destination safely. Even the pair they gave me didn't work. Also my flight was almost an hour late. Pros: "Friendly staff. Flight was on time for departure and arrived 5 minutes early. Pros: "Great price, speedy flight" Cons: "Don't remember having to be in lines for so long for reserved seats - awful technical delay 1. Pros: "Nothing good happened bc the flight didn't happen. Pros: "The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold.

The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad.

Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par.

The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half.

Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received. Pros: "-Complimentary Snack and beverage -Can pick your seats when booking -Changing Tables in restrooms -Entertainment options -Early boarding for families with small children" Cons: "-Free Soda but charged for water -Had confirmed seats but then our party with 2 toddlers got split up -Semi convenient rather small could hardly fit a 1 year old changing table but then flight attendants threw a fit when a stinky diaper was changed in there.

Pros: "The crew were very kind and attentive without being overbearing. They were helpful. The counter attendent waltzed in after boarding had already started and treated the issue like it was a joke. I ended up seated in between two hot messes of people which made the flight seriously uncomfortable, there were no other options supposedly for me. There weren't even options for me to pay the outrageous pick a seat option when I was doing my preflight check in 24 hours in advance.

Pros: "Loved the movies" Cons: "The flight was delayed two hours because of the arrival of the plane". Pros: "Clean Aircraft. Fantastic Gate Agent. Finally moved to gate to wait for repairs and allowed to disembark. Flight 2 hours late to Orlando. Pros: "There was a particular flight attendant that really went the extra mile for everyone.

I wish I knew her name but she had blonde hair and wore glasses, I've never seen a more sincere flight attendant. I was in the very last row right in front of bathroom". Pros: "Smooth flight" Cons: "Delays in boarding caused me to reschedule to another flight, which the attendant was damn near unable to arrange. The reschedule somehow caused me to lose my window seat even though I was on the same exact flight. This overbooked flight ended up being full of all kinds of grumpy and upset passengers rightfully so.

Uncomfortable seats just made it that much worse. Poor job overall". Pros: "Flight time was good. TV was PPV only. Not enough room in seat. Pros: "After being so delayed, movies were free.

I don't think I've ever flown with United and not been delayed. Plus they never offered us food on the flight, only whatever was complimentary. Just not a great experience. Pros: "Ground and flight crew were all pleasant and professional" Cons: "This flight is always fully booked - book your seat early if you can. Pros: "The flight attendant were super nice. Really nice people" Cons: "The flight was delayed almost 2 hours. Then the guy on the front desk was really rude..

Maybe because I'm Latino? I mean he was super friendly with a white guy and a African American girl.. But with me.. Rudeness and bad service.. I said "hello , how are you? He didn't answer.. I told him when I did my checkin my boarding pass had "See agent" in the seating section.. He just took the ticket and gave me the last sit available on the plain even though I arrived almost 3 hours before the original departing hour..

I don't know.. It might be the only available sit or it was just a racist thing.. Who knows.. Really disappointed with United. I'll go back with Ameican Airlines. Pros: "The seats were far more comfortable that frontier. I would have slept through most of my flight but unfortunately there was some pretty bad turbulence for the first half of the flight.

Overall tho very comfortable. Pros: "Snacks on board - but not always available. Liked that the flight was direct. Didn't like having to pay for movies so I didn't. Didn't like restrictions on luggage and having to pay to check in a bag. Didn't think the staff were friendly or helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend this airline to my friends because of those reasons.

Need more improvements. Cons: "The boarding process was horrible. The flight was running late there was no communication until people started screaming at the person behind the counter tell us what the heck is going on. Then they made us walk at least a mile to the plane. No food. No drink. But nice plane and arrived early. Pros: "The crew was very friendly AMD nice" Cons: "It would have been better if my chair reclined and that baby didn't cry my whole flight". Flight was over 2 hours delayed due to not having maintenance staff available.

Cons: "No info. Why it was delayed. No apologies. No free drinks, nothing. Delayed 2 hours. Pros: "Nothing" Cons: "For beginners, my fisrt flight on new years eve got delayed, and then it got canseled Cons: "Its a scam! They act like they are giving you a break by having you buy cheap flights but in reality it costs more than a bit more expensive flight. Must add that our flights together cost We should of went with American Airlines. On top of that we couldn't select our own seat if so, we had to pay extra, so we had to sit separated from each other.

It was ridiculous! Never Again with this company!!!!! Pros: "Initial booking price only. The bag even fit into the luggage measuring thing they had at the gate.

When I measured at home they were even within the measurements posted on their website so I think the luggage measuring tool they use was off. A policy is a policy and I respect that completely but this was downright wrong because I know without a doubt that my measurements were correct and even the weight of less than 35 pounds was correct.

My suggestion is not to get caught in their dirt cheap airfare because they will find a way to screw you in the end. The airline overall was less than mediocre as well. Pros: "It got me where I needed to go, albeit with a little effort and stress.

Crew was pleasant. Thank you. I was one of them. I recognize there was nothing I could have done either way but it was unpleasant to hear I might not get a seat on a flight I bought a ticket to a month ago, regardless of the price.

And the return flight was dismal. Had to wait an extra 3 hours for maintanence on the plane fine, would rather it get fixed than have an issue in the air but we were told there would be vouchers worth some amount sent to our email after we landed back in cincinnati. It's been 3 days and I have received no such vouchers. Was not a terrible experience. Just not a good one. Cons: "We had all sorts of issues with this trip. I booked flights months in advance because I liked the flight times and the fact they offered a direct flight.

I was then contacted by the airline to say that they had to change the flight times, which unfortunately no longer worked for our trip as we were leaving on a cruise… Both the departing and returning flights were affected. This caused us to have to stay an extra night in Orlando as the flight was too early for us to be able to depart our cruise ship and get to the airport.

Boarding for our departing flight seemed fine. We arrived at the airport an hour and a half before our flight with no issues. However when we arrived in Orlando the airline had lost all five of our suitcases containing everything we needed for our week long cruise that was departing the next day. The airline could not tell us what happened to the bags or where they were, or when they would arrive.

We were forced to spend our extra day in Orlando shopping and replacing clothing items and swimsuits for the cruise. It was a huge pain and inconvenience and put a huge damper on our trip. They did offer a reimbursement amount per passenger per day that we were without luggage but I have a little confidence that I will ever see this money. The lady in the baggage office was as helpful as could be but it was clear that this happens far too often. I also did not like how you are nickel and dimed for everything on this airline… You have to purchase seats to ensure your family will get to sit together, pay a higher amount for checked baggage than other airlines, pay for carry-on bags in retrospect I should have done this since they lost our checked bags and you have to pay for any drinks including soda or juice and snacks while in flight.

This was our first time flying frontier airlines and the whole experience was a major turn off. The ticketing agent picked up her bag and slammed it down on the conveyor belt. I was so shocked at the rough handling of my mothers belongings and the fact that the agent didn't give a care. They began boarding us but the flight crew made us wait on the walkway to the plane for 15 minutes before they let us on the plane.

The flight crew was rude and disorganized. The seats did not recline, next no padding and the chair back in front had no padding at all. There were no complimentary drinks or food provided on the 5 hr flight.

We were threatened by the passenger behind us twice but no assistance was given by the flight crew. We are extremely disappointed and will never fly Frontier again. We should have paid the extra money to fly Delta from TPA which would have taken 2 hours off of our drive time. Overall Frontier may have some of the cheaper flights but after you're done paying for the extras you may as well fly with a carrier that provides more comfort and better service.

Frontier has lost our business. Pros: "I arrived alive. Flight was not delayed. Water was free. The seat back trays are a joke. My tablet was bigger than the tray. No snacks were offered on the flight. I understand that this is a discount carrier, but after all was said and done, I could have paid the same for a major airline and had way more room and comfort. No pre-Check.

Pros: "The airline agents had pleasant personalities. They seem like a new company that doesn't have a lot of experience running an airline business. The airline agents seemed inexperienced. I had a long wait in line to just drop my checked bag for my outgoing flight, and there were only a few people in line ahead of me. We were at least a half hour late taking off after the pilot said we would be in the air in a minute.

During take off, the plane swerved in an alarming way I had never felt before. They only served complimentary water on my long flight to California, everything else you had to pay for. I had another long wait just to drop my checked bag for my return flight, first because there was no one at the Frontier counter for at least an hour after I arrived at the airport, then because the line moved very slowly. My return flight was delayed almost 2 hours, and when I boarded the plane and found the window seat I paid extra for, the flight attendant told me that my seat was taken by a family that wanted to stay together.

She told me I could either break up the family or sit in a middle seat close by. I agreed to take the middle seat but it wasn't until I told her I paid for the window seat that she offered to find another window seat for me. In the end, the cheap ticket price wasn't worth it, after paying to check luggage both ways and paying for the window seat. I found myself wishing I would have gone with a different airline.

I doubt I'll fly with Frontier again. Pros: "It was a pretty cheap flight, even after all the additional expenses like bag fees and selection of a seat. I knew some of the exit row seats dont recline. But I figured the furtherest ones back might since they wouldnt be blocking the actual exit when they recline. There was no notification when choosing this seat that it doesnt recline, like other airlines have. I should have just picked a seat that reclined for cheaper, since all the seats are the same.

They all are paper thin. Pros: "Absolutely nothing. I just feel lucky I made it back to Orlando considering I did not get to my destination on time.

I understand it is a budget airline and I don't expect the basic comforts any other airline would provide. However I do not appreciate the hidden fees they will find a way to slap onto a traveler no matter how much research you do. In reality they are probably one of the more expensive airlines although they have no customer service and you could not possibly imagine a more uncomfortable flight.

I also no longer trust them to to get me to a destination on time. I will never fly frontier again and kayak should consider no longer booking flights with this airline. When I tried to complain they referred me to kayak as if it was kayaks fault that my flight was delayed. Pros: "The price of the ticket. As their very loud and public confrontation continued, I learned that the employee was trying to get them to pay for their clearly over-sized "personal items" and they vehemently disagreed.

The employee did nothing to diffuse the situation and just engaged in arguing with them back and forth. They argued for almost 30 minutes while I stood waiting, worrying that I was going to miss my flight through no fault of my own.

The first employee began furiously typing and working on his computer and ignored the now long line of customers in front of him. The second employee began helping the rest of us but was also much less than enthusiastic. He asked me to put my small, overhead bin sized bag on the scale and I did so. He told me that "the prices went up a few days ago. He processed and then he took my bag. When I asked why he was taking it, he said, "Oh, you checked it," which I had absolutely not agreed to do.

Seeing the line behind me and the very few minutes I had left to actually board my plane, I just let him take and check my bag. I have many many years of customer service experience and it is my firm belief that while that family WAS in the wrong and very difficult, the employee could have handled that altercation MUCH better.

I chose a red-eye flight so I could sleep overnight and I ended up getting NO rest because I was so bothered". Pros: "The price of the ticket" Cons: "I had 1 carry on luggage. When I left Orlando I was not charged for the carry on It was a carry on within size standards. When I left Philadelphia back home.. When I went to board the plane the guy that scanned my ticket said I needed to step aside as I did not pay for carry on.

Tyra Brunson, said she was the manager at the gate. Trya saw me try to go online but guess to late to purchase online. That was of no concern to Tyra. While this is all taking place another people were pulled over for the same thing. They were asking as well why on this leg of the trip we now had to pay for carry on luggage.

I would like to be reimbursed as I think this Agent took advantage of me, us. Also, I think Trya needs to attend a CSR class as she does not know how to deal with the customers in a way that keeps the tension down. I asked for her name an whee would only give me her first name. I was able to get the name when she accidentally flipped her id around note, she flipped it around so I could not see name when we discussing the carry on situation.

I would not recommmend Frontier Airlnes to anyone. This was my first time flying. With them and more than likely the last. Cons: "-The prices were misleading. The seats used to be comfortable and every flight offered movies for purchase, but the seats on this plane had been stripped down to the basics and offered nothing. We will not be flying Frontier again. The idea was I fly my kids into SFO and travel together for vacation from there.

My flight was delayed for hours then canceled. On the return I was concerned they may cancel the return leg. All was fine and I had 2 days in SF to unwind. Well mynreturn flight was also delayed 6 hours then canceled.

Had 9 flights I. Asia with no problem vs both flights being can led. I have not slept in over 40 hours as a result. Will never fly this airline again. Pros: "Don't get me wrong, I knew I was buying a budget flight and I appreciate that it was available. The price was great. I have never sat in such a small seat and the folding tray was not big enough to balance my water bottle.

But the Steelers won so that was good. Pros: "The crew were nice but not exceptional they were likely frustrated with the delays as much as the customers were. Although it had nothing to do with Frontier itself, we traded with another couple because there was a single empty seat in their row which allowed our lap child to have his own seat to sleep in on the flight. However, we were nickel-and-dimed to death. I will never fly frontier again. Just getting seats together on a single flight combined with baggage costs we had two bags that were carry on size but checked they because the carry-on luggage cost is so insane we should have gone with another carrier.

Despite arriving seriously late Denver they still kicked everyone off and conducted a security check for over an hour. They didn't even have wifi on the plane so my kid could watch something on Netflix. Pros: "I loved the price. My parents recently retired to Florida so traveling to see them is important. The plane and flight crew weren't bad. The line grew, and grew as the passengers arrived. Many with small children who can't wait that patiently.

We were there as predicted and as the sign said "Gate opens two hours before flights". Two hours came and went. Jet blue nearby fully staffed laughed and said 'you get what you pay for'! The crew came inside as if just coming to work and started to allow bags to be checked. Clearly minutes late. Our flight was also delayed a half hour and Frontier said that was why the crew didn't check in sooner.

However having someone, anyone from the co represent them to let passengers know would be helpful. I over heard many with small Crying children this was their first time flying.

If security was busy this would have been frantic. Cons: "My suitcase was 1 month old and in perfect condition when I arrived for my flight. When I picked it up two hours later, the main zipper had been mangled past the point of repair in such a way that once it was opened, it was impossible to zip it again.

When I brought it to the attention of Frontier staff, they said that they don't offer any compensation for "just zippers. They handed me a xeroxed slip with a phone number if I had a complaint - turns out it was the wrong number, and after waiting over a half hour without a person answering the phone it was crystal clear that Frontier doesn't care about repeat business.

Cons: "Because of Hurricane Matthew and the forecast that it might return to Orlando, FL, my family cancelled our vacation to Disney World, as we didn't want to risk being stuck during a hurricane. Frontier refused to waive the fee and I couldn't rebook by October because I am a college student and won't be on break and off work again for a few months.

No care for a customer under an extreme weather situation. Buyer beware I will avoid flying with them. Pros: "The crew was pleasant, professional and polite. Imagine they put up with a lot of disgruntled customers but, from what I could see, they in no way let this affect their job performance.

They're great if you like sitting for hours in what looks like a reupholstered city bus seat. I'm usually not critical of seating as coach is never anything to write home about on any airline. But when I saw these in combination with the tray table which was a great spot for 1 dixie cup and nothing else , I had to laugh.

Check the microscopic print as I'm sure its hidden somewhere. This helps streamline our exit from the airport at our destination, minimizes the risk of our belongings getting lost, and also saves us money. We did not appreciate feeling penalized for our efficiency. Even on international trips where I have had a checked bag, I've never actually waited an hour before to get checked luggage.

It should be noted that the luggage delay happened on both the departing and returning trip. It should be said that I expect this sort of "al a carte" pricing model with "discount airlines" like Spirit or Frontier. So it wasn't a huge shock when I looked at the menu and found that even water was available for a ridiculous price. It did, however seem like insult to injury after being gouged for almost dollars extra roundtrip for two seats and one checked bag.

To Conclude, sometimes you have to learn lessons the hard way. I purchased these tickets with the thought that I was getting a monster deal over the airline s I normally use.

In reality and despite our best efforts to cut costs, I was actually paying just as much if not more when all fees were factored in. I was less comfortable and much more inconvenienced for the same amount or possibly more money. I'm still laughing at how this could possibly have happened.

I'm definitely not looking to rant, rave, or slander. Just looking to help other travelers avoid an experience that could be straight out of a sitcom movie.

Cons: "I fly Frontier often and am very comfortable with their no-frills concept. However, I don't think "no fills" should also include "no information about delays. In fact, the board outside the boarding gate still said "On time" even an hour and a half after the departure time.

Each board in the airport said something different. Only by looking up my flight on a third-party website on my phone was I able to learn each time the flight was delayed. This is unacceptable. Delays happen and I'm comfortable with that. However, it is absolutely unacceptable to not let passages know about these delays. It was very difficult to keep my family updated on the other end, when I had no information to tell them. Pros: "Boarding and the crew were good. Our baggage was held on the plane in Milwaukee due to a storm, I had no problem with that, what I did have a problem with is that no one gave us regular updates like Southwest did with their passengers.

When we went to the baggage desk Frontier was the only desk that was empty! They had a sign to go upstairs to ticketing, which was ridiculous because people were waiting to check in. We finally got our luggage at , our plane landed at 5. Only the first 3 rows reclined, of course those seats are extra. You pay for everything on this airline, they may have cheap flights, but you will pay more once they add on all their fees. As I said, never again.

Pros: "Seats were ok. Drinks on plane weren't too overpriced. Crew was unprofessional, rude, didn't even tell me which way my gate was I had to turn back around and ask.

All they were doing was BSing with each other and laughing. Pilot took forever to even take off, we literally drove around on the ground going like 10 mph for about minutes, and because we didn't take off when we were supposed to I assume is why our flight got delayed an hour! Never have had a delayed flight until frontier. Then to make matters worse, I checked my bag and they put it on the wrong belt I literally waited for my one suitcase for about 45 minutes!

Like wtf get your situation together. Pros: "Nothing" Cons: "The plane was made so cheaply. The seats are now made of a one piece plastic mold that can no longer recline.

Then between them they put the thin plastic armrests which don't have any sort of tension on them. If your lucky enough to fly behind bored kids, like myself, then you also will learn how terrible of a sound it is as the kids lift them up then drop them so they bounce off the bottom.

As if this weren't enough to make me want to rip open the emergency door and jump, we get to the tray table, or lack of. By the time I put my cell phone down on it there was no longer any space available for a drink. Pros: "Nothing" Cons: "Frontier is a bait and switch operation. I can understand the checked baggage fee only if it was made known prior to purchase but charging more for carry on bags. Also, the staff at the ticketing counter are rude and obviously selected and trained to make sure that they get every penny of their ruthless money.

I have flown my first and only flight with Frontier and will never do so again. Pros: "It was sorta cheap, not frills. After the delay we did make up some time, but There was no food or entertainment, and the flight was delayed by an hour because we had to wait for another Frontier flight so that says something.

Seats were super uncomfortable and the tray tables are stupidly small, maybe could hold a sandwich and nothing else. No other amenities at all. Won't fly Frontier again unless I have to. The only thing that was complementary was a small glass of water. I replied no actually that is a center seat and I'm sitting in an aisle seat so they are different. After I declined to change my seat the flight attendant gave me major attitude about it and went off and informed the other flight attendants that I would not change seats.

I've been flying for my profession for 13 years and this was the most unprofessional crew I've ever seen. This is my one and only complaint about a flight in 13 years of many many flights. I will try very hard not to fly with Frontier ever again. Pros: "What I thought I liked was the cheap flight tickets. They remained the cheapest for as long as I kept checking. The flight attendants were super nice as well.

So that was a plus. I did not like that I had to pay for a checked in bag. So if you look at it after all is said and done, you'll find you probably paid more for frontier than another airline. I also did not like that on my flight home, they changed my seats without asking me and my friend, I had specifically purchased a window seat. They then gave us tickets that were in the same isle but we were separated by four people.

When I expressed my concern, she attempted to make me believe that seats 17A and 17E were next to each other. When I insisted on seats next to each other, she gave us exit seats. Pros: "Our flight was quick with no delays. Apparently paying for my airline ticket did not guarantee I'd have a seat on the plane, so I had to pay an additional sum of money for a seat. Wait, did you think you were finally done paying the airline? Of course not! Want to take anything with you on your trip?

Pay for a checked bag. Thought you were clever and decided to just bring a carry on to avoid the charges? Think again! Costs more than checking a bag All the while messages pop up pushing you to pay for even more random and unnecessary amenities. Pros: "Crew was considerate and offered updates as we waited. Fortunately for me, I did not have a connection and the person I was meeting in Orlando was also delayed 4 hours from a different location.

So I was only moderately inconvenienced. Ordinarily this would have been a very costly event. This is my 2nd trip on the same flight within one month. Non-stop and times are great. First trip was on schedule and solid. Very friendly staff. Planes seemed new, cean, and safe, but not very comfortable seats did not recline!? We all boarded the plane before being told there was a problem, so then everyone had to de-plane and wait near gate for more information.

Arrived Orlando too late to drive to destination. Wasted a day of car rental. Pros: "How cheap the flight was, and that it went when it said it would to where I wanted to go. Either don't offer them, or don't charge for them. Have one free drink,a dn one free snack, so that the people who took your cheap flight and are broke don't have to eat their hands.. Also, the whole, not even one free carry on will make me think twice before booking with you guys again.

And I get that weight is fuel, and fuel is money. But seriously, that felt kinds rude. Glad I checked in on line and found out in time to repack. Cons: "I thought I was getting a deal. I got a cheaper flight than the competitor and then they charged me for everything they could. I spent the extra money for the front three rows because I'm 6 feet 4 inches and there is extra leg room in the front.
